Tayla is a practitioner at MyndTalkLondon and is now taking new private clients in a cosy log cabin in Collier Row. The log cabin looks into an open garden so you can take a break from the noise of the outside world. Sometimes when times get busy and we forget to take time out for ourselves, things build up and we become overwhelmed. Private counselling is a great way to offload some of those worries and stresses onto an outside person, who has the ability to make you feel heard and important. My passion is to help those who may be feeling stressed, anxious, depressed, distressed or overwhelmed. I am dedicated to provide the right emotional support and strive to help clients fulfil their potential and help them move forwards. I am passionate about mental health support and helping people manage everyday or even long term struggles. I offer clients a professional, safe, non-judgemental environment to offload and work through any issues or difficulties you may be experiencing.
I am a fully qualified integrative counsellor, meaning my sessions are individually tailored to each unique client. I am able to use the three main schools of psychology to meet the needs of my clients. I work collaboratively with my clients to set the goals of therapy and then structure the sessions around this. I use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) Person Centred Therapy and Psychoanalysis fluidly to match the needs of the session. In using a integrative model I am able to pull together the best parts of each theory to support clients in their journey to reach the goals they set.
